COVID-19 UPDATE
Coronavirus and how it affects you as a Swift customer
As a responsible and proactive organisation, we have taken sensible precautionary measures in recent weeks in line with the Government and Public Health England’s advice, to play our part in restricting the spread of Covid-19. We would like to thank all of our customers, dealers, parks and suppliers for their support during this time.
In response to recent Government announcements culminating in Boris Johnson’s address to the Nation where he significantly intensified the social distancing measures we have made the decision to suspend all our business activities with immediate effect. The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, dealers and suppliers remains our priority and we are keen to ensure that people are able to follow Government advice and stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives. Our planned return to work is Monday 4th of May, subject to further advice.
For customers whose vehicle requires servicing in the coming months weeks we will be extending the deadline by four months. If you are expecting to collect your leisure vehicle in the next few weeks, please contact your dealer for a status update. If you are expecting a visit from a Swift engineer, we will unfortunately have to re-schedule and will contact you when the office re-opens.
From all of the team at Swift Group we wish everyone well during these difficult and unprecedented times. Stay safe and well and we look forward to being back with you soon.
