
Instructions on how to view and book the club events.
- Go to CampingNI website, www.CampingNI.com
- Click on Club tab and scroll down to Club Events
- On the page you will see 4 tabs half way down, there will be a current event tab, past event tab, Join the club and Code of Practice.
- Click on the current years event.
- You will require the password (see welcome email or latest email for code)
- On this page you will see list of events when you click on them you will see details ie dates, venue, cost etc
- Further down the page you will also see the tab for Campsite Discount Codes this is where you can view online discount codes for Kinnego and Gosford
- Then at the bottom section of the page there is a Events Booking Form from which you can complete with events you are interested in attending that year.
- This list will be emailed to us and we will be in contact in due course with confirmation of pitch/availability and when deposits will be due.
- Deposits are not required yet as not all events have been confirmed. We take members bookings in date order so the sooner you complete the booking form then you will have more chance of securing a pitch.
- We do not take bookings via messenger on Facebook as you maybe aware we are inundated with messages relating to other enquiries and your enquiry maybe overlooked.

Event Booking Rules & Payment options
Booking Deposits
To secure a pitch for any event booked by CampingNI a deposit of one nights pitch fees is required (non refundable) or amount other wise stated on event and all balances will have to be made 28 days prior to date of event or by the date stated on the event. Allocation of pitches will vary depending on site rules.
DUE TO CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS AT PREVIOUS EVENTS WE HAVE CHANGED THE BOOKING RULES TO NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE OF DEPOSITS.
Cancelling your booking.
If you wish to cancel the booking you need to inform us in writing no less than 28 days prior to event day by email members@campingni.com
Deposits will be NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
If ONLY a deposit is paid and you cancel your pitch and you do not inform us with in the timescale above all balances for event will still need to be honoured if the pitch is not filled.
Repeated Cancellation of Bookings
If you cancel bookings repeatedly ie 2 or more times without a reasonable explanation we will have to review future bookings.

PayPal - to accept event payments, you need to use the email address clubeventscni@yahoo.co.uk and click on the tab Send Money then choose the option "I'm sending money to family or friends"
