GOSFORD EVENT ITINERARY 2022
Thursday or Friday arrivals
Check in on site at the Rangers hut from 2pm onwards. You will be given the T&C’s of the site. (This may change as Council staff maybe on strike but site will still be up on limited number of staff so if no one is on at the gate please proceed to your allocated pitch)
Friday 12th Aug
7pm Committee Members will be going around the site to introduce themselves to members new and old. So if you have any questions please ask away plus we will collect raffle prizes.
CampingNI committee members* will also be available for the following:
• Raffle tickets
• Collection of raffle prizes.
We will also be giving out the colouring sheet for our colouring competition.
Saturday 13th Aug
SCAVENGER HUNT.
10.30am Go to pitch 20 to collect Scavenger Sheet / Trail walk (10.30am – 12noon return completed sheet to Saragh & Irene at pitch 20 the quickest times earn extra points)
Art & Crafts will be at pitch 14 don’t forget your 500ml washed out pop bottle for craft time
Lunchtime 12.30pm - 2pm
2pm - 4pm
SPORTS DAY – ONSITE
Dust off your best trainers & Sweat Bands and wash that Shell Suit! CAMPING NI SPORTS DAY on Saturday Afternoon
Entries will be taken on Saturday Morning, details to follow.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place! Bring it on.......
FACE PAINTING at pitch 5
7pm- 8pm
Bingo for both kids and adults (kids bingo will be 10p a sheet so kids win the money back plus we will have a few prizes for them)
The CNI Club Raffle Tickets cost £5.00 per strip or £8 for 2 strips or £10 for 3 strips (this can be paid via paypal and tickets will be sent via messenger)
Sunday 14th Aug
12 noon – Please vacate site as it is fully booked from Sunday.
