To secure a pitch for any event booked by CampingNI a deposit of 50 % of the total cost is required and all balances will have to be made 28 days prior to date of event. Allocation of pitches will vary depending on site rules.

If you wish to cancel the booking you need to inform us in writing 14 days prior to event day by either private message on Facebook or email info@campingni.com , we can only issue a refund if we are able to reallocate your pitch, once the booking has been reallocated a refund will be issued minus 10% for admin fee.

Refunds as above refunds will only be issued if your pitch can be reallocated, we will require you to inform us asap so we can check on our waiting lists, if there are no waiting lists for that particular event it will be the members responsibility to find a fellow member to take their place and any monies due ie balances for event will still need to be honoured if the pitch is not filled

If you cancel bookings repeatedly ie 2 or more times without a reasonable explanation we will have to review future bookings.
