Elddis Servicing

Servicing and Warranty Elddis, Xplore, Buccaneer Caravans:
Dear Customers,
I would like to clear up some confusion in relation to servicing and warranty of Elddis Caravans.
Before our move to our new premises in Waringstown, Leisure Care NI were our designated service provider and where therefore authorised to carry out servicing and warranty repairs to any Elddis, Xplore, Buccaneer caravans. This is no longer the case. Effective from 30th October 2018, Leisure Care NI are no longer authorised by Elddis to carry out warranty work on Elddis products and as they are not NCC approved, services by them or indeed any other independent workshop without NCC approval will not be recognised by Elddis.
Servicing and warranty will be done in- house with our dealer approved, experienced team on our premises at 54A Hall Road Waringstown.
