Caravan Parks and Campsites to reopen on 20th July if not before

Sites to open from 20th July if not before depending on the 'R' rate staying below 1
Diane Dodds from Northern Ireland Executive announced today the caravan and campsites can reopen from 20th July as long as the 'R' rate does not go above 1 but she also indicated they could maybe open earlier.
