Campsite Review of Delamont Caravan Park

Delamont Country Park is a wonderful adventure playground for all ages. Wonderful walks for your fur babies .Fabulous playground for the kids . Explorers paradise that never ends with scenery that takes your breath away.

I visited this weekend past ,booked online and when no conformation was forthcoming rang the site and booking was confirmed. On arrival was given a leaflet which confirmed there would be no facilities for the foreseeable future due to COVID.I 

Had not been informed of these facts due to arrival. The only thing open was the Chemical Disposal point. No Disabled toilets and only cold water available to anyone in tents. No visitors allowed and only two parking spaces available for those who had went out for the evening, not enough for a site of 65 pitches. wardens were hardly seen the whole weekend. Fees not reduced and at £55 for two nights would give this 5 star site 1 star on this occasion. Spoke to several other campers who expressed the same view a sneaky rip off, I would also like to point out that the toilets etc in the Country park next door were open and working fine.
